Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, in view of the fact that we are going towards counties in the whole country, I do not know whether there will be a Principal Secretary for Local Government. Therefore, I stand by my proposal that it should be Principal Secretary for Cabinet Affairs, who will always be there.

Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I think the work of the Principal Secretary in the Ministry of Public Works will be very minimal. It is, therefore, not prudent, surely, to increase the number of membership. If there is need, he can be co-opted. So, I propose that it be deleted.
