Affey as to why no arrests have been made, it was in my Statement at the beginning that so far, arrests have not been made but an investigation is being carried out. This morning at 7.30 a.m., in my office, I summoned the Commissioner of Police and the Permanent Secretary and told them that there is no way people can fight and people die and nobody is being arrested. This is a matter of constitutional nature and it is only when a boundaries Commission is established that this matter can be looked into. This problem needs a Commission to investigate and make recommendations because it is not only felt in one area but it is nationwide. Therefore, we recommend that a Commission be appointed to look into the boundaries as we wait for the Boundaries Commission to be appointed. view
