As I said earlier, in all the other four impeachments, I never commented and I never voted. Apart from the gazetted forests which we knew many years ago, there are forests which were maintained by county councils and the communities who lived within the forested areas. Particularly, I would like to talk about Bota Forest. The last speaker talked about Boni Forest which is also part of the Garissa County. This forest is the only forest in the Northern Kenya and it extends up to Somalia.
