The Makonde people are natives of Mozambique and Tanzania where they enjoy full recognition as citizens of the two countries. Kenya hosts a significant population of the Makonde people residing in Kwale County, who first came into the country over 50 years ago as labourers. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I do not know whether it is me who does not understand the question or it is Sen. Wako. In the accusation, the Governor is being accused of employing this lady who is not qualified. She is not competent and she is not qualified. Therefore, to give evidence that she is qualified, it is quite in order.
