I visited Shimo la Tewa Prison. Mzee Kihika always had a smile, but he was in prison. When I was being taken round and he never spoke, but I could see him. Later, I went to the Provincial Prison Commander’s Office and I told him to call Mzee . He was brought to the office; I spoke to him and instructed that he should be given a lot of food of his preference. He never forgot.
