We are not an island; we are a country that wants to be the best in the world to compete equally and we need to be able to show that we are above board. There is nothing wrong in declaring your assets in public. Then, when you leave office, you also account for what you have earned and then the public can measure whether you have earned it honestly or whether you have looted your country. view
