Thank you, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. I support this Motion and I congratulate the Mover, Sen. (Prof.) Anyang’-Nyong’o for finding it fit to bring this Motion for deliberation this afternoon. I am particularly happy having known Kipchumba from his background because, like him, I come from Baringo District. I know him right from his home and I know he is still a fighter. They have an urge to learn and I think that this is the right place for them. They have come from far to learn from the Senate.
