Kajwang and we need to put it on record that he went to the best university in this country; Moi University, which you are also associated. That is why he is doing so well. view

To save this House, I want you to issue a ruling that any time somebody rises on a point of order, let them cite the relevant Standing Order that the Member they are interrupting has fallen foul of so that we end this business of people rising on needless points of orders. That is what we agreed on yesterday. I cannot see the Committee chairperson or vice-chairperson here. I cannot see the Senate Majority Leader, the Deputy Majority Leader. I cannot see the Whips. view
