What you are arguing for is this lazy Government technocrat who sits down and draws up one statement saying drones are banned from flying in particular spaces. Drones have got specifications. Up to very recently, I was quite ignorant on the challenges in the health sector until I received a very interesting phone call. For the four years that I was in high school, there was a gentleman called Kenneth Shinga Mwarabu. He remains to be my good friend. For the four years that we were in high school, he led in every exam that we sat for.
