Mr. Speaker, Sir, again, that is a fundamental variation between the figure that the Controller and Auditor-General call into question which is at 14 per cent and the figure that the Committee claims was lost. Therefore, I want to plead that, when hon. Prime Minister makes his statement he should also for the benefit of the record, and for the benefit of this House and the nation at large, call attention to those fundamental variations between the report of the Controller and Auditor- General and the Report of the Committee. Mr. Speaker, Sir, may I, therefore, given that English is not necessarily my first language of communication, amend and say that on the basis of the few excerpts that I have read to the House from the report of the Controller and Auditor- General, the Controller and Auditor-General does not appear to confirm the findings contained in the report of the Committee.
