The good thing is that the Chair of the Security Committee can make all the noise but I have the ear of the Chair. No amount of heckling or grandstanding can diminish our fidelity to the Constitution of the Republic of Kenya. Nothing can subject the Constitution to ridicule or anything of that nature. view
