You can confirm from the HANSARD that Sen. Kittony raised this issue when I had put on a kanzu, although it is true I had a coat, on top of the kanzu . The kanzu goes along with a trouser - for those who may not understand - and it goes with the shawl. The shawl is the turban. We are not going to prejudice this process. It is important for Members to really keep to what we agreed. The basic discussion this afternoon must only be the establishment of the Committee and nothing beyond this. Is the hon. Being the chairman of a committee does not give you an entitlement to actually represent the Government on the other side. In short, I want to say that being a chair, it is not an entitlement to go to the Government side. We must be where we belong. view

I want to clarify, as the Acting Senate Minority Leader, that I consulted my colleague on the other side and we found it important to share this with a number of Members so that we do not disadvantage any county in this country.
