For every small item, they call for dialogue. • 20 Mar 2014 in Senate: On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. With due respect to the Chairperson, he is not even able to answer the question the way it was put by Sen. (Dr.) Khalwale. It is not about nullification of title deeds at this stage, but it is to ascertain whether actually, these were deserving cases so that the Government can institute some corrective measures. Is the Chairperson in order not to address the question the way it was asked because he is not taking us anywhere? view

This is absurd. Could he substantiate this, because I do not think that it will be right to say so, and Kenyans are listening to a very well known legislator from the Ninth Parliament? view
