I know that there is a big problem with the youth being issued with those documents. We should take into account how the funds will be used because the youth can do much. But when they will be asked whether they have this or that equipment to do those works, it will become a problem. That is because they do not have any equipment. view

In supporting the Bill, there is a trend in this country where Reports are shelves never to be seen. It is only fair that this Report be brought to Parliament, so that we can address the historical injustices and truth and reconciliation can take place. We have just been told that titles are there, but they do not have the land. So, while we debate this Report, we should make recommendations in place, and the Minister who has been replaced by the Committee in Article 49, should implement it.
