I would like to talk a bit on the cotton industry which has been failing. Mahatma Gandhi advocated for use of cotton in India. He banned the importation of cotton from Britain. We need to be more patriotic by building our industries rather than exporting jobs. We need to think about EPZ. People get tax holidays and there is the AGOA initiative. We need to check all the money which goes to the county governors. We have to be very careful on how the governors will use the money. They may get the money and think that they are on top of the world. They need to consult the members of the county assembly and not just inform them.
