Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I wish to move an amendment as per the Speaker’s earlier advice. I think the problem was in the drafting of the Motion in the Order Paper. We sought guidance from the substantive Speaker to call the concerned people. I want to advise my colleagues that we wrote to the respective bodies. Unfortunately, because of the timelines put in place by the Speaker, the Committee was forced to write this Report without informing the PSC. However, we stand guided. I beg to reply.
