Member in order to use the same things that were protected by the same Constitution and the same constitutional Amendment Bill, 2020 to argue and counter-argue? It makes null and void the argument that the constituencies were required in the first place using the same arguments. What happens to the argument that there are others that have been protected by the same amendment Bill? view
