I do not want to say too much; but we, as the House of Parliament, have the purse. It is Parliament that gives resources. It is Parliament that puts laws in place, even to put judges in place. If there is one branch of Government that should realise that we are contributing to the dysfunction of the other arms of Government, it is ourselves.
