The way those countries have changed is because the leadership resolved and made hard decisions that did not please those who were out to waste public money. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, what I was ashamed about is not because we were not travelling on First Class, but I was ashamed that somebody somewhere was not conscious who is junior to us in every aspect and was enjoying the privileges at the expense of the taxpayer and yet, the head of one of the three arms of the Government was in a lower class.
