  • 24 Aug 2012 in National Assembly: Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, the Bill be amended in Clause 12 by inserting the following new sub-clause immediately after sub-clause (2)- (2) In this section, temporary incapacity means any inability to carry out duties under the Act or other written law due to an illness or other incapacity lasting continuously for a period of not less than three months. This amendment was intended to provide a clear definition of terms. Again, it was a consensus thing. It was agreed by all the players that we interacted with. view
