Deputy Speaker, I beg to move the following Procedural Motion:- THAT, pursuant to Standing Order 120, this House resolves to reduce the publication period of the Supplementary Appropriation Bill (National Assembly Bill No.15 of 2016) from seven days to four days. Hon. Deputy Speaker, this Bill was published following the passage of the Supplementary Estimates last Thursday. The House is going on recess and the Cabinet Secretary (CS) for the National Treasury can only spend that money if the House approves the Supplementary Appropriations Bill.
