We want the Member for Rarieda, who is the Chairman of the Public Accounts Committee (PAC), to go on record and name the particular KRA clerk who owns 64 flats. The problem with this Bill is that Members should have had the principal Land Registration Act, so that they can see what is in Section 93 of the current law. I am not stopping it. Hon.
