4 May 2016 in National Assembly:
Sit down, Hon. Gumbo. I have the Floor. You must substantiate every statement that you make. There is no one called “clerk of KRA”. The KRA is an institution. We want the Member for Rarieda, who is the Chairman of the Public Accounts Committee (PAC), to go on record and name the particular KRA clerk who owns 64 flats. Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I support the Chairman’s position. For lack of any other word, that clause is irrelevant. It is proper that it is deleted.

4 May 2016 in National Assembly:
Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, you can put the Question, but we are dealing with the serious issue of land. The problem with this Bill is that Members should have had the principal Land Registration Act, so that they can see what is in Section 93 of the current law. I am not stopping it. Hon. Serut explained very well but I wanted the Chair to tell us what tenant ownership is.
