The House will consider for the Second Reading, the Environmental Management and Co-ordination (Amendment) Bill, 2014, if not concluded today and the Prohibition of Anti-Personnel Mines Bill, 2014, if not concluded today. At the same time, we have given priority to two Bills from the Senate, namely; the County Government (Amendment) Bill No.1, 2014; and, the County Government (Amendment) Bill No.2, 2014, by Senator Amos Wako.
