It can even order the arrest of a director who intends to abscond, or act in a manner to remove or conceal his property for the purpose of avoiding a call of examination. There are people in this country, even when the Kenya Revenue Authority examiners appear at their doorstep, they disappear through the backdoor. Mule and you come out of the blues and say that you have some claim, the standard of proof is very high.
