Speaker, Kenya has lost one of its native sons, the most influential, most cherished and one of the most well-known scholars. Prof. Ali Mazrui died on 13th October, 2014 in the United States of America. He was a very popular professor of history. He was a political scientist and critical proponent of North-South relations.
