Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I want to confirm that the KDF presence in Lamu is within the Constitution of Kenya, Article 241(3)(b). There are a number of factors informing the KDF deployment in Lamu, bearing in mind the situation. The first is the nature of attack and the human suffering.
