You have seen that every day we are bringing regulations to be tabled here. Hon. Chairlady, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 15 be deleted. Clause 15 intends to amend the National Police Service Act by repealing or replacing Section 17, which provides for the removal of the Deputy Inspector-Generals. Sub-Section (1) gives the criteria. The amendment for the removal is similar to the grounds prescribed in Article 245(7) of the Constitution in respect of the removal of the Inspector-General of police.
