I want to tell my colleagues that this is a social problem. Could we target dams that are bigger in size or capacity and that can hold water for a long period? It might be useful to do two or three in a constituency which will hold a lot of water rather than doing five or so very small dams. view

Fortunately, this is the time when we would have collected water for our people; unfortunately, the dams are not ready. We also need to engage the Minister and seek clarification on timing. view
