We are talking about the wage bill; of course, it is very sad and I want to say it here. My focus in discussing this report is: Are we serious about the PFM reforms that were introduced by the new Constitution? If these safeguards are put in place, I am sure even the work of the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) in the subsequent years will be less. view
