So, a lot of these issues about what has happened in Kisii could easily have been discussed in that Bill. This was just more of a Procedural Motion from the Committee on Selection and then we go to the more substantive Bill that basically touches on universities, colleges and the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology in totality. view
