Why is the Senate being challenged for refusing to honour the order of the High Court when they themselves have been given powers under this Constitution, of the same authority as that of the High Court, yet their summons have been ignored? view

However, between the memberships of the two Houses, those who need these regulations most are the hon. Members of the National Assembly. This is because they will be implemented at the constituency level. The youth and the women will access these funds at the constituency level, not at the county level. view
