This is an important Bill. The provisions of Articles 218 and 219 of the Constitution state that this Bill should have come to the House 60 days to the end of the financial year. The Standing Order No.233 also provides that this Bill should have come to the House not later than 10th March of every year. Considering that 10th March was not feasible because of the elections, I urge the House that this is a very important Bill in terms of the county governments. members, armed with AK47 rifles, attacked a food kiosk commonly referred to as âKwa Chegeâ, which is along Jamia Road. Six people died on the spot while seven others were injured and admitted to Garissa General Hospital. Out of the seven who were admitted, three have died. Two are still admitted at Garissa General Hospital and two are admitted at Kenyatta National Hospital.
