Speaker, Sir, I also want to set the record straight that the Procedural Motion before the House is owned by the House Business Committee (HBC) that was constituted this morning. I do not want hon. John Mbadi, from the outset, to mislead the new hon. Members. The Procedural Motion is not owned by the Leader of the Minority Party or the Leader of the Majority Party. Rather, the ownership is to the HBC chaired by the Speaker. It is before the House for you to either approve it or reject it. So, it is not us who own it. view
