Mr. Speaker, Sir, I want to confirm that it is not the Ministry of Livestock Development that prepares architectural designs and Bills of quantities. It is the Ministry of Public Works. Mr. Speaker, Sir, the technical equipment that we are going to install in terms of chillers, the killing floor and the cold rooms is going to be imported from outside. I want to tell these hon. Members that I am ready to take them on a tour of the KMC. That is the kind of equipment we want to install in Isiolo.
