If they can give an opportunity to this House, we can have a separate Report for the debt and a separate Report for the Budget Policy Statement so that this House can discuss the debt. Roads had pending bills of Kshs.71 billion in the FY 2018/19, which dropped slightly to Kshs.41 billion in the FY 2019/2020, before doubling up to Kshs.88 billion in the FY 2020/21. Hon. There are certain sections at the back of the chamber where the electronic system is not working. I wish you could direct, through the Clerk, the ICT officers concerned to go and check, so that when we go to vote, we do not get interrupted by other Members saying that their system is not working. view

If you look at the Hansard, the Temporary Deputy Chairperson said because we had a number of amendments, including mine, I was proposing to amend Clause 7 (c) and (e), the Temporary Deputy Chairman said that we start with the amendment by Hon.
