Deputy Speaker, I beg to move the following Procedural Motion: THAT, this House orders that the business appearing as Order Nos.11, 12 and 13 in the Order Paper be exempted from the provisions of Standing Order 40(3) being a Wednesday Morning, a day allocated for business not sponsored by the Majority or Minority Party or business sponsored by a Committee. Hon. Deputy Speaker, I do not want to take you back, but if you look at Order No.10, the County Governments’ Retirement Scheme Bill (National Assembly Bill, No.29 of 2019), a similar Bill has been passed by this House. It is in the Senate and we are waiting for it. In fact, the Senate is supposed to do the Committee of the whole House. So, I am wondering why a similar Bill can just come back.
