Currently, only a small fraction of Members have been taken through the paperless system. In Report, the PAC has recommended that, inter alia, the commissioners, the Chief Executive Officer and the directors of the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) vacate office immediately upon adopting this Report.
