Speaker, I also expect the Departmental Committee on Health and the Budget and Appropriations Committee to submit their reports on the consideration of the Presidential Memorandum on the Health Laws (Amendment) Bill, 2018 and Report on the 2019 Budget Policy Statement respectively, by 28th February, 2019, being the last day as stipulated in the Standing Orders and the law. This will allow the House to consider the said reports within the set timelines. view
