• 9 Aug 2018 in National Assembly: The other recommendations in the Report are good. What has polluted the minds of many Members is the inclusion of Rotich and Bett. Mr. Bett never appeared before the Committee. This House passed the Fair Administrative Action Act in the 11th Parliament, which states that any Kenyan cannot be sacked without being given a fair hearing. Did you give the former Minister, Mr. Bett, a hearing? Did you even interrogate Mr. Rotich and ask if it was a Cabinet or Executive Order from the President? • 9 Aug 2018 in National Assembly: I was in a function with the President and I told him that if I am not here, they will tell me that I have eaten and disappeared. So, I had to leave the President to continue with his function and I came here. So, that is why I came back late. view

Order No. 12 is the Finance Bill. The House Business Committee has agreed that if they table the Report next week, it can be debated in the week beginning 21st August 2018. view
