Musimba and the Chair of the Departmental Committee on Communication, Information and Innovation must withdraw the statements that the secretariat will do it. The secretariat has no legislative powers in law making. So, you should say you withdraw because we do not want somebody to go to court tomorrow and say that in the HANSARD, the secretariat was given certain functions. They have absolutely no powers to make law. view
