Even though a tribunal has been set up, I am just wondering whether if an entity that is chaired by the President passes certain directives, a tribunal can appeal against the directive. It is a good thing, but we need to be careful about it because we do not want a council out there that can sit and say so and so has committed a certain offence and, therefore, the Council decides he is not going to move out of the country or to do this or that.
