First I would like to thank the Public Investments Committee (PIC) for fast-tracking a lot of the pending workload. I am sure the next Chair of the PIC in the 12th Parliament will have less work because they have covered the backlog that was there when they were elected. Hon. They have dealt with the matter of land and building which they have observed with a lot concern that several State corporations do not possess title deeds and relevant documents for the buildings and land that they own.
