My Question, just to make a correction on the Order Paper, is directed to the Cabinet Secretary, Ministry for Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Irrigation. I can see it is reading Ministry of Water and Irrigation. I think earlier the Department of Irrigation was under the Ministry of Water but as we speak the Department of Irrigation is under the Ministry of Agriculture. view
