Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 77 of the Bill be amended by inserting the following new paragraph immediately after paragraph (a)− “(aa) in subsection (2) by inserting the following new proviso at the end of the subsection− “Provided that this power of entry shall only be exercised after obtaining a court order.” view
