  • 30 Jun 2015 in National Assembly: Thank you, hon. Speaker. I do not want to belabour so much on this. That is what the Committee has done. I move the Motion and call upon hon. Thomas Mwadeghu, the Minority Whip, to second. He is also a member. Thank you so much, hon. Speaker. view
  • 30 Jun 2015 in National Assembly: Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I want to know whether the hon. Member is in order to discuss matters that are not before this House or even to discuss the Chairman of the Departmental Committee on Lands without a substantive Motion in this House. view

  • 30 Jun 2015 in National Assembly: Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, you are about to eat into my time as well. I apologise for that. I want to donate one minute to Hon. Serut, who has also worked with lands, and another minute to Hon. Jessica Mbalu then I will respond. view
  • 30 Jun 2015 in National Assembly: Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I want to thank the House for supporting the Motion. Even in future, we shall endeavour as a Committee to make sure that most of the issues that are affecting this country are dealt with. We get the concerns that Members have raised and we will work in that direction. Thank you very much Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker and the Members for supporting this. view
  • 25 Jun 2015 in National Assembly: Thank you so much, Hon. Deputy Speaker. As I lay this Paper, I want to seek your indulgence and that of the House to look at our today’s Order No. 16. That is because the Paper I am going to lay is the same. The Committee realised that there were quite a number of observations that were left out at the time of the compilation of the earlier report. We thought that the amendment would have affected the morphology and the state of that report. Therefore, the Committee decided that we table afresh amendments that we had already done. view
