I want to believe that all those who have been identified as needy cases, whom we have been advised that the Cabinet Secretary has taken into consideration, are the cases in Chepchoina Phase III. They include those who had been left out in the settlement of Phase II. They will be given the first priority regardless of which tribe or ethnicity they come from. view
