3 Oct 2007 in National Assembly:
I want to join you, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, in thanking the hon. Members. In fact, I am overwhelmed. I am really overwhelmed that at this point in time, when hon. Members are busy with other things, we should have this number of my colleagues contributing to this Bill. I really want to thank hon. Members for their very good contributions, some of them very scientific as you noted. This goes to show that hon. Members are very well informed and that they do their research to be able to contribute to very scientific Bills such as this one ...

2 Oct 2007 in National Assembly:
Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Assistant Minister has said that this is a unique case. I have several cases, one of which is that of a retired Paramount Chief, who worked in many places, including Laikipia District. His name is Steven Kirua. On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. Is the Assistant Minister in order to mislead the House that the Kenya Roads Board refunds to the local authorities these funds which are deducted from farmers when we know for sure that they never refund even a penny? Is he in order to mislead the House?

19 Sep 2007 in National Assembly:
Mr. Speaker, Sir, yes, they are going to throw out the alleged tenants. But how did the New KCC acquire the property of the KCC? There are now three KCCs. Which is the legal one? There is the original KCC, which our people bought from the colonial settlers when they were moving out of this country, for which we bought shares. Then there is something which came in- between, called the KCC 2000. Then there is the New KCC, whose vehicles even have parastatal number plates. Which is the real KCC which belongs to the farmers of this country? Is ...
