• 17 Sep 2020 in National Assembly: Yes, because the ADC exists by an Act of Parliament. It squarely lies in the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries. But the National Irrigation Board (NIB) has taken part of the land which belongs to the ADC. view
