As you have rightly put, two weeks ago, I tabled a Report here with an electronic report showing the number of beneficiaries per constituency. We elaborated in that Report the bigger challenges facing us. We said in that Report that in the current financial year, we have a deficit of Kshs3.3 billion. In the recently concluded Census, there were 250,000 old persons who are 70 years and above. For us to bring all of them on board, we need Kshs9.9 billion.
