  • 29 Apr 2020 in National Assembly: Hon. Deputy Speaker, with great respect to the Leader of the Majority Party, the way he has given caution that this House will be watching the Chair of the Budget and Appropriations Committee could be interpreted as a threat and intimidation to the Chair. • 29 Apr 2020 in National Assembly: Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me this one minute to rise and support the Committee on their Report recommending the approval and appointment of Mr. Yusuf Mbuno as the CEO of the NG-CDF. I hear Members saying that he has not been treated well, and that it is time to correct the wrong. I am happy that we have reached this decision. The Committee should be commended for a job-well-done. Also, the NG-CDF Board should be commended for doing a good job. I support. view

  • 22 Apr 2020 in National Assembly: Thank you. Hon. Chairman, I do not think I need to respond. Maybe I could wait for your ruling. view
  • 22 Apr 2020 in National Assembly: Maybe the Leader of the Majority Party is not aware of the meaning of mischief. I used that word because of the comment Hon. John Mbadi, the Leader of the Minority Party, made. That this had been brought to the House at another time. The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly. • 22 Apr 2020 in National Assembly: For it to come back, I think somebody was thinking that this House is not alert or is not working. So, I want to commend the Committee and the Chair. Thank you. view
